    I mainly studied this book for New Mexican Mexican food recipes So I really liked the chapter Enchanted Feast I liked the recipes for huevos rancheros, quesadillas, chiles rellenos and sopaipillas Check out the recipe for Classic New Mexico Green Chile Sauce can t live without that Great recipes with many helpful and colorful photos
